Charter Booking Agreement Template
This agreement is between the customer identified in the booking confirmation and JetsFly.com Global OÜ as broker/facilitator. The flight operation is performed by the named aircraft operator.
1. Parties
This agreement is between the customer identified in the booking confirmation and JetsFly.com Global OÜ as broker/facilitator. The flight operation is performed by the named aircraft operator.
2. Flight Details
Each booking confirmation should state departure and arrival airports, flight date/time, aircraft type, passenger capacity, operator, price, payment terms, and special conditions.
3. Broker Role
JetsFly arranges charter services but is not the operating air carrier unless expressly stated. Operational control, safety, maintenance, crew, and dispatch remain with the operator.
4. Customer Obligations
The customer must provide accurate passenger information, comply with travel rules, pay fees on time, and ensure passengers follow operator and crew instructions.
5. Price & Payment
The charter price and payment deadline are stated in the booking confirmation. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without liability to JetsFly.
6. Changes
Any request to change the booking must be approved. Additional charges may apply and some changes may require a new booking.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation terms are those stated in the booking confirmation, operator conditions, and JetsFly Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Acceptance
By paying or confirming the booking, the customer accepts this agreement, the Terms & Conditions, and any operator-specific conditions.
