JETSFLY

Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to cancellations, no-shows, refunds, and booking changes for charter flights and Empty Leg flights arranged through JetsFly.

1. Scope

This policy applies to cancellations, no-shows, refunds, and booking changes for charter flights and Empty Leg flights arranged through JetsFly.

2. Operator Terms

Cancellation rights and fees are primarily determined by the relevant aircraft operator and may vary by aircraft, route, timing, season, and repositioning requirements.

3. Customer Cancellation

A customer cancellation must be submitted in writing. Charges may include non-refundable deposits, operator cancellation fees, aircraft positioning, crew costs, permits, handling, and administrative costs.

4. Refunds

Refunds, where available, are processed after deduction of applicable cancellation fees and third-party costs. Refund timing depends on operator settlement and payment provider processing.

5. No-Show

If passengers do not arrive for a confirmed flight without agreed cancellation, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.

6. Operator Cancellation

If an operator cancels for safety, technical, weather, regulatory, or force majeure reasons, JetsFly will seek alternatives. Refunds depend on the operator agreement and applicable law.

7. Empty Legs

Empty Leg flights are more vulnerable to schedule changes and cancellation because they depend on a primary charter. They may have stricter refund conditions.

8. Chargebacks

Customers should contact JetsFly before initiating a chargeback so that the matter can be investigated and resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed.
