2. Refusal of Carriage
Passengers may be refused boarding for intoxication, abusive conduct, threats, refusal to follow instructions, missing documents, security concerns, or unsafe behaviour.
3. Alcohol & Smoking
Alcohol may be restricted by the operator or captain. Smoking or vaping is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the operator and aircraft rules.
4. Damage
Passengers may be liable for damage caused to the aircraft, cabin equipment, airport facilities, vehicles, or third-party property.
5. Illegal Items
Illegal items, prohibited goods, dangerous goods, and undeclared weapons are not permitted. Authorised items require prior declaration and approval.
6. Pets & Children
Pets, minors, and special assistance requirements must be declared in advance and approved by the operator.
