This template sets commercial expectations between JetsFly as broker/marketplace and approved aircraft operators providing charter availability and flight services.
2. Operator Requirements
Operators must hold valid AOC or equivalent approvals, comply with aviation regulations, maintain aircraft and crew qualifications, and carry required insurance.
3. Quotes & Availability
Operators should provide accurate aircraft availability, pricing, limitations, cancellation terms, and operational conditions. Availability is subject to final confirmation.
4. Safety & Compliance
Operators remain solely responsible for operational control, flight safety, maintenance, crew licensing, dispatch, regulatory compliance, and passenger safety.
5. Commission & Payment
Commercial commission, payment timing, invoicing, taxes, refunds, cancellation fees, and settlement rules should be specified in the individual supplier agreement.
6. Branding & Confidentiality
Operators must protect JetsFly customer information and may not misuse customer data, pricing, or booking information outside the agreed service scope.
7. Service Standards
Operators should provide professional crew, clean aircraft, timely communication, accurate documentation, and service consistent with premium private aviation standards.
8. Indemnity
Operators should indemnify JetsFly for losses arising from operator negligence, regulatory breach, safety breach, misrepresentation, or failure to perform contracted services.
