  3. 3When every seat is taken, we book the jet and everyone pays only their seats.
  4. 4If the seats don’t fill 24 hours before departure, the shared flight simply ends. Nobody pays.

Share the Jet rules

  • Only empty legs with a published price can be shared; the seat price is that price divided by the seats.
  • A shared flight can be started until 78 hours before departure.
  • Seats close 24 hours before departure. If the jet is not full by then, the shared flight ends, every hold is released and nobody pays.
  • Taking seats holds them; nothing is paid until every seat is taken and the operator has confirmed the flight.
  • Once the jet is full, each traveller gets a payment request for their seats. Seats not paid within 12 hours may be offered to others.
  • If the operator cancels or changes the empty leg, every payment for it is refunded in full.
  • Every traveller gives a real name and phone number and shows valid ID before boarding; the operator may refuse boarding without it.
