Flying private to Gstaad

Gstaad has a small airfield at Saanen, used by helicopters and small propeller aircraft, but no runway for business jets. Private jets land at Sion, Geneva or Bern, and a helicopter or car covers the last part.

Sion, in the Rhône valley, is the closest jet airport, and a helicopter reaches Gstaad in minutes. Geneva has the most capacity and flights; the drive is longer, around two hours, but it is the easiest airport on busy winter weekends. Bern is another option on the northern side.

From London or Paris a light or midsize jet makes the trip non-stop. From the Gulf a super midsize or heavy jet flies direct to Geneva.
