Davos has no airport of its own, so forum week traffic lands in Zurich and at St. Gallen–Altenrhein, then finishes the trip by road or helicopter. Zurich is about two and a half hours by car in winter conditions; Altenrhein, on Lake Constance, is closer to Davos and far quieter on the ground.
