The Bombardier Global 6000 in detail
The Global 6000 followed the Global Express XRS in 2012 with a modern Vision flight deck and a refreshed cabin. It is one of the most common ultra long range jets in charter fleets, later updated as the Global 6500.
A wide three-zone cabin seating around 13 in charter layouts, with a forward club, a dining area and a rear stateroom or divan area. Large windows and good cabin altitude make long flights easier.
Why charter it
- Non-stop between most city pairs of Europe, the Middle East and North America.
- Widely available, so it is often the easiest ultra long range jet to find for your dates.
- Quiet, wide cabin with space to sleep on overnight flights.
Worth knowing
- For the very longest routes (for example London to Singapore non-stop with a full cabin), a Global 7500 or G650ER has more margin.
Often compared with: Gulfstream G650ER, Gulfstream G550, Dassault Falcon 8X, Bombardier Global 7500
